We do our best to answer calls and texts as they come in, but we are typically elbows deep at a job site during most of the day. We do most of our callbacks and texts in the afternoon. Please be patient with us and give us till the end of the day to respond.

Nate Rose
Hi, I'm Nate, and I'm the owner of Nauset Septic Pumping. I was born and raised in Wellfleet, and I'm proud to continue my family tree right here in town. While septic pumping was not my first choice, I am delighted to provide the local communities with efficient and friendly septic pumping services. I am looking to change the poor reputation that the service industry has on the outer Cape! You can count on me to call customers back promptly and to arrive at scheduled appointments on time. I am your septic pumper at every job and handle the majority of incoming inquiries.
Joey Rose
Hello, my name is Joey! I moved to the Cape after meeting Nate, the love of my life, in 2018. Now, between hosting local community playgroups, volunteering with a few Outer Cape non-profits, and mothering two wild little girls with baby #3 due in August '25, you can find me in the office sending out invoices and taking care of bookkeeping. Who says you can't do it all?
Rob Dalo
Hi all, my name is Rob; you may also know me as Oldie! I transplanted to the Cape following the birth of my first granddaughter in 2021. Septic pumping is not my only hobby; you've probably seen me volunteering at the bar at Payomet Performing Arts or attending the local Toastmasters meeting. I am the friendly face you see sitting in the pumper truck, driving back and forth to the plant. I also accompany Nate on most pumpings.
